CONVERSATIONAL KARAOKE!! (2006-ONGOING)
An evolving, peripatetic and participatory video installation in which "audience" and "performer" boundaries break and two very special somebodies enact and speak dense, swirling and goofy texts of the artist's design.
Conversational Karaoke!! has been performed by hundreds in wide-ranging iterations, as installations in galleries, online and (mostly) on tour and within the Body Electronic performances at museums, film festivals, galleries, classrooms, living rooms, bars and barns. Theme music by Jeffrey Brodsky.
